Where to return your Samples to...
With this option you can arrange your own courier or post to return samples to our lab. Sample drop off is 24/7 but strictly for Couriers only (not customers).

How / When to return your Samples to our Lab in time:
- We strongly advise taking your Sample first thing in the morning
- Samples MUST arrive to our London lab BEFORE 1pm latest for Same Day Certificate. 11am is even safer! We can't do anything about late deliveries - they may run over into the next morning of lab processing.
- Our lab is in London - address above. We recommend...
- The full address of the lab is labelled on every test kit return box for your convenience and detailed courier instructions can be emailed to you.
WARNINGS:
- Patients / Customers are strictly NOT allowed on-site. Only professional couriers or Royal Mail are allowed to enter the drop off area.
- Couriers accept the sample boxes that we send you. You cannot put our boxes in an envelope unless the envelope is properly UN3373 labelled - it is illegal to post or ship without a UN3373 warning clearly visible.
- We cannot take any responsibility or take support enquires for return to lab issues if you arrange your own transport.
